It is quite easy to attribute porcelain from the German manufacture Rosenthal. Almost all pieces from the last century can be accurately identified with the year of manufacture thanks to a good marking system and preserved archives.
Do not be surprised if you see different stamps for the same year. This could have been done in different branches.
Please note that Selb-Bavaria was stamped until 1934. Then it was changed to Selb-Germany or simply Germany.
The strokes and dots will help to determine the exact year.
