Vintage Royal Limoges Teapot Set – Louis XVI’s and his Brother’s Manufacture – French Floral Tea Set for 5

This beautiful tea pot set was made by French manufacture Ancienne Manufacture Royale de Limoges before 1929. Its stamp is fleur-de-lis.

The Ancienne Manufacture Royale de Limoges is part of the history of France. It was founded in 1737 under Louis XV and then it was under the protection of the Comte d’Artois, Louis XVI’s brother. There was also some period of time when it belonged to Louis XVI himself.
Near the flowers you can find the sign d’Artois.

There is also the stamp of Royal Limoges. It was added later, probably in 1970s.

The set consists of a teapot, creamer, sugar bowl and 5 tea cup duos. The items are decorated with the garland of myrtle around the rose and cornflowers.

CONDITION: all items are in very good condition, without any cracks or chips.

The teapot 23 cm (height with the lid); capacity 1,3 L
the sugar bowl 11 (height with the lid)
the creamer 8 cm (height with the lid)
the saucers 15 cm (diameter)
the cups 5 cm (height) and 9 cm (diameter); capacity 150 ml

Please do not put them in the dishwasher!
